Missions Personnel Code: "JAB"
Involvement: Church planting, community outreach, and education
Organization: Care Channels International (CCI)
Serving in: Philippines

Jane, a Filipina, joined Bartley Christian Church in 2005 after moving to Singapore to support her family. While at Bartley, she felt the Lord calling her to serve her own people in the Philippines through a sermon by William Lee. Isaiah 6:8 deeply resonated with her, leading her to surrender her life to God's service.
For the next eight years, Jane continued working in Singapore while volunteering in Bartley’s Filipino Ministry. She found joy in serving and felt the Lord’s presence in her efforts. In time, God honored her prayer to become a full-time missionary.
In 2013, Jane returned to the Philippines and initially served with International Teams Philippines. A year later, she joined Care Channels International (CCI), where she began working in disaster-stricken areas around Manila, such as dumpsites and communities affected by floods and fires. CCI’s medical and dental relief work opened doors for outreach and gospel sharing.
In 2021, CCI sent Jane to Mindanao, where she now works on livelihood projects involving pigs, chickens, and corn dispersal, as well as community development and empowerment. She also reaches out to local schools and communities, including public schools and daycare centers. Jane shared, "I enjoy working here, and I'm happy to see lives changed by Jesus."
Though Jane remains open to the Lord’s call to serve in another country, she is deeply thankful for her current role, seeing it as an opportunity for growth and character development. She is grateful for Bartley Christian Church’s support and for the Lord’s faithfulness in leading her to this community years ago.
